Mortal Kombat 11

NetherRealm is moving on from Mortal Kombat 11, the studio has confirmed. No additional DLC is in the cards for the Switch fighter.

The official Mortal Kombat Twitter account just posted the following:

Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm & Exercise Musical Journey DLC

Starting today, Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm & Exercise players can obtain new DLC known as “Musical Journey”. Ten additional music tracks are included.

Streets of Rage 4 Survival Mode

Streets of Rage 4 has received details regarding its new Survival Mode. It is “an inventive, immensely replayable challenge for Streets of Rage 4’s most versatile brawlers.”

Survival Mode has been shown off in a new trailer, posted below. It’s also confirmed that the Mr. X Nightmare DLC will launch on July 15. It features the playable debut of Estel Aguirre, fully realized playable versions of Max Thunder and Shiva, and original music from Tee Lopes (Sonic Mania, League of Legends). A free update goes live on the same day adding an in-depth training system, color palette options, a new Mania+ difficulty, and refinements and balancing changes addressing feedback from the community.

In a new trailer today, Bandai Namco teased what appears to be another Jiren for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

The video is mostly intended to promote the game’s Global Fashion Content, which is arriving this fall. At the end though, we’re also given a tease of “the next warrior”. Right after that we hear a few words from Jiren and see his silhouette.

Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town

XSEED has announced the release of the third DLC drop for Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town. Players can obtain the Terracotta Oasis Expansion Pack, which takes players to a desert village where four familiar characters (including two marriage candidates) from Story of Seasons (3DS) reside.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity - Wave 1 DLC: Pulse of the Ancients

Now that Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity has received its first wave of DLC, footage has starting to pop up online. We’ve included gameplay showing off the contents of Pulse of the Ancients below.

The first part of the Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity DLC has gone live. If you purchased the Expansion Pass, Wave 1: Pulse of the Ancients should be accessible to you.

Pulse of the Ancients features added weapon types, challenging enemies and an expanded roster, including the new playable Battle-Tested Guardian.

Wave 2: Guardian of the Remembrance will follow in November. Players can look forward to new character vignettes, added stages, an expanded roster and new battle skills for existing characters.

This week, Doom Eternal received its first piece of major DLC on Switch. Players can now get their hands on The Ancient Gods – Part One.
