Langrisser 3DS adds series regular Jessica

Masaya Games recently confirmed a new character for its Langrisser 3DS game: Jessica. Jessica appeared in the series’ first entry for SEGA Mega Drive in 1991, and has appeared in every Langrisser title since.
Here’s what we know about Jessica at the moment:
– Human avatar of the Goddess Lushiris
– Having lived more than 1,000 lives, she has been repeatedly reincarnated
– Jessica is reincarnated in Langrisser 3DS at full power for the first time in the series
– Will appear in a support role to the game’s protagonist
– Voiced by Aoi Yuuki
– New design is illustrated by Hiroshi Kaieda
Rounding out today’s Langrisser 3DS update is the voice actors for the previously revealed cast:
Protagonist – Shuuta Morishima
Elma the childhood friend – Sumire Uesaka
Towa the sword master – Miyuki Sawashiro
Rosalia the heavy knight – Yuka Iguchi

Another scan has come in for Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden. In it, we see that Master Roshi’s turtle and Videl will be included as support characters. Support characters can be accessed at the tap of an icon.

Bravely Second has new special moves for each weapon type

This week’s issue of Jump provides another update on Bravely Second. In the magazine, it’s confirmed that weapons now have special moves.
According to Jump, each weapon you equip will have up to four special moves. Users are given certain buffs when special moves are used. In one case, Magnolia can use a special move called “Megaton Swing” with axe weapon.

Japanese Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition pre-orders come with a stylus

There are plenty of pre-order bonuses for Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition in Japan. One of these, as shown on Nintendo’s Twitter account today, is an original stylus. View a picture of the bonus above.
It was previously announced that there will be early purchase bonuses as well. These include a Tamadra 3DS theme code, a special ticket to claim monsters in the arcade game Puzzle & Dragons Z Tamer Battle V2, and an original promo card for the Puzzle & Dragons trading card game. Japan getting New 3DS XL Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate bundle in March

A New 3DS XL Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate is coming to Japan next month. The package includes a blue system, 16GB microSD card, and AC adapter.
Pricing is set at 24,000 yen. The bundle launches on March 12.
