You may remember a Hyrule Warriors Legends pre-order bonus we posted about a few weeks back. It was revealed that those who reserved the game in Italy would receive two unique costumes for use in the My Fairy mode. We now have some news for the UK as well.
For those in the UK, if you pre-order the Hyrule Warriors Legends Limited Edition at GAME, you’ll be given the same exact bonuses (pictured above). Just keep in mind that this offer doesn’t apply to the standard version of the game.

Hyrule Warriors Legends, Bravely Second pre-load up on the North American 3DS eShop

Two upcoming 3DS games can now be pre-loaded from the North American 3DS eShop: Hyrule Warriors Legends and Bravely Second. Those who are interested in either game can purchase them now and download most of the required data. Then at launch, only a small update will be needed to begin playing.
Hyrule Warriors Legends is slated for March 25. Bravely Second launches a few weeks later – April 15.
Hyrule Warriors Legends version 1.2.0 out in Japan later this month

Koei Tecmo will be pushing out a new Hyrule Warriors update in Japan later this month. After applying the patch, the game will be increased to version 1.2.0.
Here’s what’s included:
– Adds the ability to purchase DLC
– Adds Zelda: Wind Waker Ganondorf costume obtainable by purchasing the season pass
– Fixes a glitch with skill rental, in which the counter would not decrease after using it
– Fixes a glitch which slows down the player after being hit by an enemy
– Adjusts enemy patterns for some of the giant bosses
– Bug fixes
Hyrule Warriors Legends version 1.2.0 is scheduled for March 25.

Italian Hyrule Warriors Legends pre-orders come with exclusive costumes

By pre-ordering Hyrule Warriors Legends from Italian retailers, consumers will receive a trio of costumes. Two of the outfits are specific to the My Fairy portion of the game while the other is a classic Link costume. We haven’t heard about other territories yet, but there’s a good chance that these bonuses will be offered in other European countries as well.

GameStop has announced an exclusive pre-order bonus for Hyrule Warriors Legends. If you reserve the 3DS title – be it in-store or online – you’ll receive a character art book while supplies last.
Here’s a description of the book:
“Pre-purchase the Hyrule Warriors Legends game, and receive a special-edition, soft-cover, 16-page character art book exclusively at GameStop.* Learn more about key characters and view concept art for warriors and weapons, including the new hero Linkle and her mysterious compass – along with Toon Link, Tetra, and King Daphnes, who sailed across the Great Sea to save the world from evil!”

Hyrule Warriors Legends has received its first update in Japan. Today, Koei Tecmo released version 1.1.0. The patch makes it possible to reset save data, and addresses a couple of bugs.
