The programming app SmileBasic 4 has been updated on Switch, bringing it to version 4.4.0. It includes a revised English localization, new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

Shortly after the launch of Star Wars Episode I: Racer, players came across some issues involving the game’s motion controls. Thankfully, a patch was quickly released, and those problems have now been addressed. Be sure to update to version 1.0.1 for the motion control fixes.
Star Wars Episode I: Racer, which was made available on Switch earlier this week, can be found on the eShop.

Nintendo has announced the first free summer update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Players will be able to access a swimming and diving event, a meeting with Pascal, and an alternate take on Gulliver.
The first free update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons goes live on July 3. Another summer update will follow in early August.

RISE: Race the Future update out tomorrow (version 1.5), trailer

Starting June 25, Switch players will be able to download version 1.5 of Rise: Race the Future. This update will allow players to swap between two visual and performance modes, one with a high graphical fidelity and 30 frames per second, and another with lower graphical fidelity but 60 frames per second.
Additionally, this update makes several changes to performance and visuals across both versions. Check out a chart outlining changes and a new trailer below.
