Hogwarts Legacy reveals voice actors

Warner Bros. Games and Avalanche Software today revealed some of the well-known voice actors for Hogwarts Legacy, which is highlighted by Simon Pegg, Sebastian Croft, Amelia Gething, Lesley Nicol, Kandace Caine, Sohm Kapila, Luke Youngblood, Asif Ali, and Jason Anthony.

Bayonetta 3 has just received a new version 1.2.0 update, and it’s a pretty notable one.
The game has received a bunch of combat adjustments, changes, and bug fixes. Also worth noting is that a number of Niflheim stage conditions have been adjusted to lower the difficulty.

Little Inferno Ho Ho Holiday DLC expansion announced

Original (11/4): A decade after the game’s original release, Little Inferno is getting a DLC expansion titled Ho Ho Holiday. It will be available on Steam later this month, but we’re waiting to hear when Switch players will be able to obtain the new content.
Ho Ho Holiday promises “an all new scary holiday story, a mysterious new character, a new catalog, new toys, new combos, and lots of new holiday content to keep you warm.” Read the official overview below.

Masahiro Sakurai on the making of Kirby Air Ride, why Kirby was turned into a racer

In a new video on YouTube, Masahiro Sakurai discussed the making of Kirby Air Ride and why he decided to create a racing game based on the franchise. He acted as the project’s director and a designer.
Sakurai first pointed out how more games were needed to coincide with the Kirby: Right Back at Ya anime. With a racing game, it would be quicker to develop than a traditional action game. Other titles for were also already planned, including a mainline entry for GameCube that ended up getting cancelled.

Rear Sekai announced for Switch from Story of Seasons producer

Yoshifumi Hashimoto, who was previously the producer of Story of Seasons, is developing a brand new game for Switch, Bushiroad announced today. The title launches in 2023.
Hashimoto’s studio Hakama is in charge of development where he’s acting as producer and also has a planning role. Shie Nanahara and Minako Iwasaki are also working as illustrators. Motoi Sakuraba is handling the main song.

Splatoon 3 – Splatfest #3 results – Spicy vs. Sweet vs. Sour

The third official Splatfest for Splatoon 3 took place this weekend with Team Spicy, Sweet, and Sour going up against each other, and Nintendo has now come through with the results.
We did get a little bit of an update when the half-time data was shared yesterday. It was pretty close, but Team Sweet had the lead with 35.47 percent. Team Spicy followed in second with 32.87 percent. Finally, Team Sour placed third with 31.66 percent.

Rune Factory dev on series’ new game, confirms Rune Factory 6 for the future

Rune Factory chief director Shiro Maekawa has commented on what to expect from the series’ new game, and also confirmed that Rune Factory 6 will be released in the future.
Fans that tuned in to the last Nintendo Direct in September saw the franchise make two announcements. Along with Rune Factory 3 Special, we’re also getting a new title entirely. However, details on the latter title have not yet been provided.

N64 icons on the way to Nintendo Switch Online

Original (10/20): Nintendo is planning a new round of Nintendo Switch Online icons based on the N64, the company has revealed.
The promotion kicks off on November 2, 2022. Icons can be redeemed exclusively for subscribers of the Expansion Pack tier.
November will feature Super Mario 64, The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask, and Kirby 64. It’ll be followed by The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, F-Zero X, and Yoshi’s Story in December. Finally, January will have Mario Kart 64, Star Fox 64, and Paper Mario. Everything will wrap up by February 3, 2023.
