Phantom Breaker: Omnia announced for Switch

The 2D anime fighting game Phantom Breaker: Extra is making a return on Switch as Phantom Breaker: Omnia. This marks the first time that it’ll be appearing in the west.
Phantom Breaker: Omnia was originally created by Mages, the team behind visual novels such as Steins;Gate. Rocket Panda Games is in charge of the new overseas release.

Digimon Survive officially delayed to 2021, producer issues statement

Another delay for Digimon Survive was looking likely after producer Kazumasa Habu made some comments on Twitter. The news has now been made official, with Bandai Namco pushing back the game to 2021.

Koei Tecmo has provided an update on Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy. The game will launch on January 26, 2021 in North America and January 29, 2021 in Europe, the company announced today.

GungHo open to Nintendo collaboration for Ninjala

GungHo recently received a pretty big collaboration with the Sonic the Hedgehog series. But given how the game is on Switch and the close relationship between the two companies, could we see a Nintendo partnership as well? GungHo certainly isn’t ruling out the possibility.

The RPG Cris Tales won’t be releasing in November as originally planned. Modus Games, Dreams Uncorporated, and SYCK have announced that the game is being pushed back to early 2021.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate version 9.0.0 patch notes and fighter adjustments

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate just received its major 9.0.0 update a short while ago. Aside from supporting the new Minecraft DLC, it also includes a bunch of fighter adjustments.

Nintendo just released the new version 9.0.0 update for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. It can be downloaded immediately by going to the Switch home menu, selecting the icon without starting the game, pressing the + or – button on your controller, choosing “Software Update”, and finally “Via the Internet”.
As a reminder, the new Steve / Alex Minecraft DLC is the highlight of today’s update, which ties in with Fighters Pass Vol. 2. Those that buy the latest content can also access the Minecraft World stage. Additionally, new Mii Fighter costumes can be purchased separately, including Travis Touchdown from No More Heroes.
