On Wednesday, the various regional Animal Crossing accounts on Twitter started a retweet campaign – if this tweet, combined with similar tweets on other Animal Crossing Twitter accounts, reached a combined total of 50,000 retweets, then all Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp players would receive two types of Fortune Cookies. The goal has already been met, however a new goal has now been set. If the amount of retweets reaches 100,000, then all players will receive two each of the previously announced Fortune Cookies, plus an additional Fortune Cookie as a bonus.
