Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Burst Forth!! Choro-gon Breath is seeing a release in the west, Aksys Games just announced. The shoot ’em up will be made available in North America this summer.
Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Burst Forth!! Choro-gon Breath was announced for Switch last September. It initially debuted on March 24, though only in Japan.
Fire Emblem Heroes announces Unlikely Friends summoning event

Unlikely Friends has been announced as the latest summoning event for Fire Emblem Heroes. The lineup of characters includes Mia: Budding Blade (voiced by Anne Yateo, art by Sakura Shiori), Soren: Hushed Voice (voiced by Kyle McCarley, art by Iori Suzuki), Ilyana: Awakened Apetite (voiced by Ryan Bartley, art by ichikawa Halu), and the duo Ike: Close-Knight Siblings (voiced by Greg Chun / Sarah Williams, art by Yo Kanzawa).
Mia’s learnable skills are Sharp War Sword, Dragon Fang, Flashing Blade 4, Spd/Def Tempo 3, and Odd Tempest 3. The lineup for Soren is Adroit War Tome, Iceberg, Mirror Impact, and Time’s Pulse 3. Ilyana can learn Windy War Tome, Glacies, Lull Atk/Res 3, and Atk/Res Gap 3. Finally, Ike skills are Sturdy War Sword, Radiant Aether, Distant Dart, Null C-Disrupt 3, and Joint Drive Atk.
Nintendo Switch Online adds Splatoon 2 user icons

Now that the first Monday of April is here, Nintendo Switch Online members can spend points they’ve earned through My Nintendo on Splatoon 2 user icons.
The selection of Splatoon 2 designs will be refreshed each week throughout April. The first wave will be up until April 11. They include characters, layout of stages, and a variety of patterns.

Spike Chunsoft has shared a new release window for Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness, its 3D action RPG. The game will head to North America and Europe in Fall 2022.

Nintendo has just released a new firmware update for Switch, version 14.1.0.
A number of other upgrades tend to focus on stability. In this case, it’s actually a bit different. Users will now find new “Platinum Points Notification Settings” in which they can be notified about unclaimed points as part of the My Nintendo rewards program.

Parkasaurus reaches Switch this month

Following its original Switch announcement a few months ago, Washbear Studio has set a release date for Parkasaurus on Nintendo’s console. The dinosaur tycoon management simulator title is expected to arrive on April 28, 2022.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga list of unlock codes

Warner Bros. and TT Games have revealed special unlock codes for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga that let players add various characters to the roster, including Dengar and Admiral Holdo. A couple of ships can be unlocked as well after going through the input process.

Another new character has been confirmed for Disney Speedstorm, with Gameloft revealing within the last week that Baloo will be joining the game.
Fans will recognize Baloo from The Jungle Book. In the game, he’s categorized as a Brawler.

Citizen Sleeper announced for Switch

Today, publisher Fellow Traveler and developer Jump Over The Age have announced that Citizen Sleeper will be released on Switch. The narrative RPG is scheduled to launch on May 5, 2022.
Citizen Sleeper was made by the same team that developed In Other Waters. The title is set in “a ruined space station that is home to thousands of people trying to survive on the edges of an interstellar capitalist society.”
