No Longer Home seeing release on Switch

It’s been announced that following its debut on PC, No Longer Home is making the jump to Switch. The semi-auto-biographical point-and-click game will appear on the system on October 7.
Fellow Traveller and Humble Grove shared the Switch port news for No Longer Home during The Indie Houses Direct.

Galaxy of Pen & Paper +1 Edition, a turn-based RPG that was previously made available on the Switch eShop, is now getting the physical treatment. Red Art Games will be making the boxed edition in partnership with Plug In Digital.

Eastasiasoft and Fallen City Studio have announced that Fallen City Brawl, an arcade beat ’em up game, will be released on Switch. The project will be available sometime in 2022.

Hot Wheels Unleashed DLC plans detailed

Mattel and Milestone today unveiled its DLC plans for the racer Hot Wheels Unleashed. Three Hot Wheels Passes will unlock a set of special content from Hot Wheels originals as well as from Barbie, DC, Masters of the Universe, Street Fighter, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and OEMs like Aston Martin, BMW and McLaren and many others.
According to Milestone, players can look forward to free and premium DLC periodically. Upcoming content may include vehicles, track builder modules, customization items, and exclusive themed expansion sets introducing new environments. Also, by joining Racing Seasons, players can participate in limited-time challenges with new vehicles and special rewards.

Aztech Forgotten Gods delayed to Q1 2022, new trailer

Aztech Forgotten Gods, the Latinx-Futurism cyberstone colossus fighter from Mulaka developer Lienzo, is experiencing a delay. It’s now on track for Q1 2022.
Aztech Forgotten Gods was announced for Switch earlier this year. Originally, it was planned for Fall 2021.

Atari putting Centipede: Recharged on Switch

Publisher Atari, along with developers Adamvision Studios and SneakyBox Studios, have announced that they’ll be releasing the neon-fueled re-imagining of the arcade classic on Switch. It’s due out digitally on September 29.

The Last Friend coming to Switch in September

Today, publisher Skystone Games and developer Stonebot Studio announced that The Last Friend is coming to Switch next month. The tower defense brawler will be available on September 30.
It’s been a pretty long wait for The Last Friend. When it was announced back in 2018, it was originally planned for early 2019. Needless to say, it’s taken a couple of additional years to wrap up development.

Something We Made has nailed down a release date for TOEM: A Photo Adventure, its hand-drawn adventure game. We’ll be seeing the title on Switch starting September 17, the studio announced today.
