Hamster is publishing Arcade Archives Cosmo Police Galivan on Switch this week, the company announced today. A worldwide release is planned for January 14.

Visual novel Island coming to Switch

Prototype is bringing Frontwing’s visual novel Island to Switch, according to this week’s issue of Famitsu. A release is planned for April 8 in Japan.
Famitsu mentions that Island will come with an epilogue chapter on Switch.

Super Mario Bros. 35 – new Special Battle event announced for January 15

Nintendo has announced the next Special Battle event for Super Mario Bros. 35. It will feature every Course 3, meaning you’ll get to play on 1-3, 2-3, 3-3, 4-3, 5-3, 6-3, 7-3, and 8-3. Players will start off with 100 coins and 200 ticks on the timer.
The new Special Battle goes live on January 15. It will last until January 18.

Smash Bros. Ultimate to host new Spirit Board event featuring bearded characters

Nintendo has announced the latest Spirit Board event for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Bearded characters will be featured – mustaches included. Defeating these spirts will grant you more SP than usual.
The new Spirit Board event goes live on January 15. It will last for a total of three days.
