Hitman 3

Game Informer is back with a new video for Hitman 3 that shows off the game’s persistent shortcuts system. IO Interactive says the shortcuts are intended to “encourage exploration, reward curiosity, and incentivize replayability.”

Shortcuts can be unlocked in one direction. They can be accessed in a future playthrough to open up new and convenient ways to access targets.

Forever Entertainment and Ricci Cedric Design today announced Binarystar Infinity, a new shoot ’em up for Switch. A release date hasn’t been shared at this time.

Gods Will Fall

Deep Silver and Clever Beans have provided an update on the dark fantasy action game Gods Will Fall. Aside from details regarding the Hunter’s Head Gear pre-order bonus, there’s a bit of news on the Valiant Edition.

Here’s the full rundown:

Tetris 99 will be kicking off its 19th Maximus Cup later this week. During the event, players will have an opportunity to obtain a Kirby Fighters 2 theme. Collect 100 points and it’ll be yours.

The 19th Maximus Cup goes live in Tetris 99 on January 7 at 11 PM PT / January 8 at 2 AM ET. It’ll be live until January 11 at 10:59 PM PT / January 12 at 1:59 AM ET.

Akiba's Trip: Hellbound & Debriefed

Akiba’s Trip, an action-RPG, first released on PSP nearly a decade ago. A remaster titled “Hellbound & Debriefed” was then revealed last year. Retailer listings have now popped up in Japan with a May 20 release date, and it’s also been confirmed that a Switch version is happening.

A bonus clear sticker will be offered as a first-print bonus in Japan. There will also be a “10th Anniversary” Edition for 8,778 yen, which contains a 40-page full color visual book “Akiba’s 10 Years of Memory,” a reprint of the 132-page unbranded gameplay guide “Akiba’s Trip Official Complete Guide,” and the two-disc soundtrack “Akiba’s Trip 1st Complete Soundtracks.”

A few months ago, Supraland debuted on consoles, including Switch. Unfortunately, the “Crash” DLC that released on PC last summer is unlikely to make it over.

Supra Games said that the “PC and console are both on completely different versions of the game” and the DLC “is just not compatible.” It was also pointed out that a very low amount of players would probably purchase the extra content.

SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays Platinum Edition

Bandai Namco today announced SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays Platinum Edition, a new release containing the main game and several DLC packs.

The DLC is comprised of the season pass, four Added Dispatch Mission sets, an Expansion Pack, and 13 pieces of content previously released for free. It does not come with the port of SD Gundam G Generation: Monoeye Gundams or the bonus mission “Gain EN Boosting Parts.”
