Nintendo has put out a statement regarding the death of George Floyd. Floyd, a black man who was already handcuffed, passed away last week after a white Minnesota police officer held his knee against Floyd’s neck for nearly nine minutes.

Understandably, there’s been a lot of unrest since then. Many companies have come forward condemning the situation and have expressed solidarity with the Black community. Nintendo itself has now issued its own statement, which you can find below.


Pokemon Rumble Rush

Pokemon Rumble Rush is about a month out from its shutdown date. However, before things end, the mobile title will be updated to version 1.6.0.

Pine Studio today published a new trailer for The Academy, its puzzle-packed adventure game. Have a look at the video below.

Magazine Mogul

Kairosoft today announced that Magazine Mogul will be its next game on Switch. The simulation title, which has players running a magazine company, is slated for June 11 worldwide.

The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters

The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters has received a console release date. Today, publisher Headup Games and developer Devespresso Games announced that the Korean survival-horror adventure title will release on June 19 via the eShop.

Hamster continues to put out new games in the Arcade Archives series. This week, the company will be releasing Naughty Boy on Switch.

Naughty Boy first debuted in 1982. In the vertically scrolling game, players take on the role of a boy who throws rocks at monsters to take them down.

Arcade Archives Naughty Boy launches worldwide on June 4 for $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29.

Dragalia Lost

A pair of summon events are now live in Dragalia Lost. Players can participate in the Light Focus Summon Showcase as well as the latest Platinum Showcase.

For Light Focus, Nintendo and Cygames are featuring Albert (Adventurer), Hildegarde (Adventurer), Cupid (Dragon), and other Light-attuned Adventurers and Dragons. The latest Platinum Showcase includes Albert (Adventurer), Hildegarde (Adventurer), and other Light-attuned Adventurers and Dragons.

Both of these events will last until June 12.
