InkyPen update out now (version 1.2.0) – vertical mode and more

The comics app InkyPen has been updated on Switch, adding in some major features.
One of the main highlights is vertical mode – a feature that lets users read comics vertically. The latest comics are now marked with a “New” badge, account synchronization has been implemented for multiple devices, and more.

Megabyte Punch coming to Switch in May

Earlier this year, Lethal League Blaze developer Team Reptile announced Megabyte Punch for Switch. The electro beat ’em up game now has a confirmed release date. It’ll launch digitally via the eShop on May 8, Team Reptile announced today.

Hideki Kamiya shares message to celebrate end of The Wonderful 101: Remastered’s successful Kickstarter campaign

The Kickstarter campaign for The Wonderful 101: Remastered ended last week, but not before it achieved a huge amount of success. PlatinumGames raised $2.25 million – well over the initial $50,000 funding target.

Deep Sky Derelicts: Definitive Edition is coming to Switch this month, publisher 1C Entertainment and developer Snowhound Games have announced. It will be available on March 24.

February 2020 NPD: Switch was the best-selling hardware platform of the month

According to the NPD Group, Switch was again the best-selling hardware platform of February in the United States. That goes for both unit and dollar sales. Switch remains the best-selling hardware platform of the year.
Although Switch came out on top, overall hardware spending in the states dropped 34 percent year-over-year to $183 million. Annual spending has seen a 35 percent decrease to $312 million. All in market console platforms, including Switch, declined when compared to a year ago.
