Nintendo ended today’s Nintendo Direct with one final announcement. A sequel to Zelda: Breath of the Wild is in development, the company announced.


Nintendo has revealed a second new DLC fighter for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Banjo-Kazooie, from the classic N64 title, is coming to the game. A release is planned for this fall.


Alien: Isolation

Alien: Isolation is coming to Switch, SEGA has announced. It will release later this year.

Spyro Reignited Trilogy is coming to Switch, Activision has announced. It will release on September 3.


Last year, Nintendo announced that a new Animal Crossing game was in development for Switch. Today’s E3 2019 Nintendo Direct finally provided a substantial update. While it won’t be out this year, the game has a release date of March 20, 2020.


Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 has a slightly more specific release window. It will release in November, SEGA has announced.

You won’t have to wait much longer to play Cadence of Hyrule. The game now has a release date of June 13, as confirmed during today’s Nintendo Direct.


Nintendo has announced a new Expansion Pass for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3. New content will be available starting this fall.


Empire of Sin

One of the brand new announcements made during the E3 2019 Nintendo Direct was Empire of Sin. Coming from Paradox Interactive and John Romero Games, it launches in Spring 2020.

During today’s Nintendo Direct, a new Gym Leader was revealed. Nessa, a character with Water-type Pokemon, will be included in the game.

Pokemon Sword/Shield will be shown off during Nintendo Treehouse: Live at E3.
