Epic Games has gone live with the latest content update for Fortnite. The Burst SMG has been added and there’s been some rotation with limited time modes.

Arcade Archives Alpine Ski hitting Switch this week

One of the new games we recently heard about for the Arcade Archives series is Alpine Ski. This game will be released on Switch worldwide tomorrow, Hamster has announced.
Alpine Ski was originally made by Taito in 1981. Players are tasked with controlling a skier while going through a downhill ski course, a slalom course, and a ski jumping competition as quickly as possible. It also supports two-player gameplay.
Pricing for Arcade Archives Alpine Ski is set at $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29.

Fire Emblem Heroes adding Mythic Hero Naga: Dragon Divinity

Original: As we heard about earlier today, a new update for Splatoon 2 has gone live. Nintendo is now distributing version 4.8.0.

Pokemon Masters announced for mobile

The Pokemon Company has revealed Pokemon Masters, its new mobile game in partnership with DeNA. Trainers from the main series RPGs will appear. Interestingly, it started out with a suggestion from Ken Sugimori, who wanted to create a title featuring all past and present Pokemon Trainers from the video games.
Here’s a brief look at gameplay:
Pokemon Masters is due out later this year on iOS and Android. More information will follow in June.

New app Pokemon Sleep announced

The Pokemon Company has revealed Pokemon Sleep, a new app that tracks a user’s time sleeping. Your sleep patterns will impact gameplay. The goal is to turn sleep into entertainment.
Nintendo is creating a new Pokemon GO+ Plus. Along with working with Pokemon Sleep, it is also compatible with Pokemon GO. It comes embedded with an accelerometer, and at night, it can track your time sleeping. Data is sent to your smartphone.

The Pokemon Company has announced Pokemon Home, a new cloud-based service for Switch. The goal is to allow players to transfer creatures between the Switch games and Pokemon GO, as well as Pokemon Bank. It will feature trading functionality – anytime, anywhere – as long as you have your phone with you.
Pokemon Home launches in early 2020.
