AngerForce: Reloaded

As we heard a few days ago, AngerForce: Reloaded will be appearing on the Switch eShop starting April 2. Get a look at a trailer for the game below.

Moero Chronicle Hyper joined the Japanese Switch eShop at the end of January. Idea Factory followed up soon after that and shared the surprising news that the game will also be released in the west. Thanks to a listing on the eShop, we have a final release date.

Moero Chronicle Hyper was previously scheduled for a general spring launch in North America and Europe. However, the eShop listing shows a final date of March 15.

Crystal Crisis

It was nearly a year ago that we first found out about Crystal Crisis, a new puzzle-based fighting game from Nicalis. The game is currently on track to launch on May 28. Ahead of its release, we spoke with Nicalis president Tyrone Rodriguez to learn a bit more about what fans can look forward to.

In our interview, Rodriguez spoke about where the inspiration for Crystal Crisis came from, how characters were decided, teased the story more, and commented on trying to appeal to both casual and competitive players. You can read our full discussion below and check out some brand new screenshots.

Last week, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate director Masahiro Sakurai published one of his regular columns in Famitsu. This time around though, it wasn’t really Smash Bros.-related. Sakurai took on a few fan questions, but there was really only one part of the column that was noteworthy.

When initially going into Smash Bros. Ultimate’s Classic Mode and selecting the intensity, players are treated to a gorgeous mural showing off the game’s large roster. One fan asked Sakurai about how that art was created.

Joe & Mac Returns will be available on Switch next week, according to an eShop listing. Flying Tiger Entertainment will offer the title starting March 14.

Data East originally made Joe & Mac, a platformer, for the arcades and NES. Joe & Mac Returns would end up being an arcade-exclusive.
