The boxart for Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze is mostly the same in North America and Europe. There are a couple of differences though, and both are pretty random.
The first difference concerns the positioning one Donkey Kong’s foot. Nintendo also went with a slightly different approach to the text pointing out the new Funky Kong mode. We have a look at both boxart versions above.
Fun fact: the foot positioning was actually the same for the original Wii U release. Fans seem to be noticing it more on Switch, however.

Nintendo given 30 days to change warranty policies by the FTC

In April, the Federal Trade Commission warned six companies about warranty violations. Motherboard reports that Nintendo was one of those companies. Sony, Microsoft, Hyundai, HTC, and ASUS were the others.
In letters sent out to each company, the FTC states that customers have been illegally told about having their warranty voided by getting third-party repairs. Such information is relayed through stickers and messages in end user license agreements. It’s a violation of the 1975 Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act in that manufacturers charging over $5 for a product can’t put repair restrictions on a device its offering a warranty on.

Last year, Gamevice filed a lawsuit against Nintendo. The company wasn’t happy with Switch as its detachable controllers bear a resemblance to the Wikipad, which had been patented previously and had been implemented in past products. Gamevice was seeking compensation and a ban on Switch sales.
The U.S. International Trade Commission today voted to begin an investigation following a complaint from Gamevice. The complaint was filed on March 30, which requests “a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.”

Chicken Assassin: Reloaded has players taking on Mean Mcallister, “the baddest chicken in town, the living embodiment of what would happen if you combined Rambo, Foghorn Leghorn, and a bottle of hot sauce together.” It’ll be your job to save Candy, who has been kidnapped, from Spritzel and his henchmen. You’ll be doing so by punching, shooting, and slicing down enemies in eleven different missions.
