Earlier in the year, news leaked about a live-action Contra movie. Konami made it official today, confirming a partnership with China’s Starlight Media for the film as well as a TV drama. We can also now say that both will be released and streamed worldwide.

The classic Blackbelly Skatepark is coming back in Splatoon 2, Nintendo has just announced. The returning stage will be available starting this weekend.

In North America, Blackbelly Skatepark arrives on Friday (should be 7 PM PT / 10 PM ET). That’ll be early Saturday morning in Europe.

Wheels of Aurelia is coming to Switch on November 2, MixedBag and Santa Ragione announced today. The visual novel / driving game will be sold on the eShop for $9.99 / €9.99.

Koei Tecmo updated the official Attack on Titan 2 website today with some new details about characters and systems. Gematsu translated the information, which we’ve rounded up below.

Update: We have some clarification on the motion controls setting. Unfortunately, it’s not as clear-cut as it initially seems. If you turn off motion controls, it only applies to the camera – not the hat-throwing mechanic.


Original: Not a fan of motion controls? Not interested in using them in Super Mario Odyssey? Well, good news! It seems that they can be disabled entirely.

We have a look at Super Mario Odyssey’s settings above. As you’ll see, it looks like motion controls can indeed be turned off. You can also adjust the strength of rumble and more.

The official website for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp provides information about supported devices.

On iOS, the game works with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad devices running iOS 9.0 or newer. Keep in mind this does not include iPhone 4S/5/5c, iPad 2/3rd Generation/4th Generation/mini, and iPod Touch 5th Generation.

Android users can play Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp on Android OS 4.2 or newer. Nintendo does note that there may be some exceptions.

Most of the world will need to wait until late November for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. But in Australia, the game is out now on iOS and Android.
