Anime Workshop heading to the North American 3DS eShop on Thursday

Collavier previously brought Comic Workshop and Painting Workshop to 3DS. This week, they’ll be releasing another creation tool: Anime Workshop. Nintendo’s website lists it for June 8 with a $7.99 price point.
By using Anime Workshop, players can make pixel art, create objects, make animation, and share the results with others. You’ll even be able to post animations online.

Famitsu’s most wanted games (6/4/17)

Fire Emblem dev has interest in featuring full voice acting again in the future

Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia makes full use of voice acting. It’s true that past entries have had voice over before, but with the 3DS remake, characters are entirely voiced. This may not be a one time thing, as Intelligent Systems director Toshiyuki Kusakihara has expressed interest in bringing it back in the future.
Italian site Multiplayer.it asked Kusakihara if the full voice acting will return in the future. To that, he did in fact say that he hopes to bring it back in future releases.

Inti Creates was able to bring Blaster Master Zero to Switch in just a couple of months

At BitSummit a couple of weeks ago, Inti Creates CEO Takuya Aizu hosted a special stage show. It was here where Mighty Gunvolt Burst and Azure Striker Gunvolt: Striker Pack on Switch were officially revealed. Before the two announcements were made, Aizu was able to talk about how Blaster Master Zero came to be.
Sunsoft originally reached out to Inti Creates about the remake. However, the company was pretty busy at the time, and only said that they’d think about it.

The Alliance Alive is the next 3DS RPG from FuRyu following The Legend of Legacy. Famitsu spoke with director Masataka Matsuura and design lead Kyoji Koizumi as part of a very in-depth interview to talk more about the game.
Some people have said that The Alliance Alive was to be a spiritual successor to The Legend of Legacy, or that The Alliance Alive is a new RPG made based on the lessons learned from The Legend of Legacy. However, Matsuura says there is a bit of misunderstanding.

Consumers are lining up in Japan just for a chance to get a Switch

Switch demand continues to outpace supply across the world. This is particularly evident in Japan, where consumers are having to participate in lotteries just for a chance to obtain a system of their own.
The Bic Camera below had just 37 units in stock. 10 gray systems were available along with 27 for the neon version. This is one area that handled the distribution of Switch stock via lottery.
