Nintendo Switch

According to Famitsu’s latest report, the Nintendo Switch has sold over 20 million units in Japan since its launch. The report further breaks down how many units can be attributed to either the base Switch or Switch Lite models:

Samurai Warriors 5

Koei Tecmo has issued a “final” trailer for Samurai Warriors 5 ahead of the game’s initial launch in Japan. We’ve included it below.

Samurai Warriors 5 will first debut in Japan on June 24. It will follow on July 27 in North America and Europe.

Nintendo has announced the latest Spirit Board event for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. In the upcoming theme, fashionable spirits with hats will be featured. Defeat them to earn more gold than usual.

The new event goes live on June 4. It will last for a total of three days.

Nintendo has announced that it is turning its Uji Ogura Plant into a new gallery to showcase the various products released throughout its history. The museum will also feature “exhibits and experiences”. Tentatively known as “Nintendo Gallery”, work on the area will be finished by March 2024.

As noted in today’s announcement, the Nintendo Uji Ogura Plant was built in 1969. The facility “has been used to manufacture both playing cards and Hanafuda cards, and it also operated as a customer service center for product repairs.”

Clone Drone in the Danger Zone

Following its announcement earlier in the year, Clone Drone in the Danger Zone has been dated for Switch. Doborog announced today that the robot voxel slice-em-up will arrive on July 27.
