Nintendo recently started a new News channel for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on Switch. Those who subscribed are able to receive messages and in-game items. Today, the next message was delivered.

Director Hidemaro Fujibayashi covered a useful recipe in Zelda: Breath of the Wild. You can also receive two combs of Courser Bee Honey when starting the game from the news message.

During its Gamescom show yesterday, IGN had a new look at LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2. Watch 14 minutes of footage below.

Towards the end of last year, one Switch game we heard about was The Sacred Hero. Not much was shared about the project at the time, other than the fact that UK studio SiMPLiSTiC was working on the RPG.

SiMPLiSTiC returned today with a new teaser. We still don’t know much, but it’s now confirmed that The Sacred Hero will be out in 2018. See the new video below.

A new Switch trailer has been published showcasing the system’s ability to play games anywhere. Nintendo’s own titles are featured, along with third-party games like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Rocket League. Watch the video below.


A new event is now live in Fire Emblem Heroes. In the Special Maps tab, you can now access to five different Turn Limit Special Maps with two difficulty levels to go through. Beat all the maps within a limited number of turns and you earn up to a total of 10 Orbs.

There is also a new set of Special Quests called “Turn Limit” which can get you some different rewards as well.

The Turn Limit Special Maps and Quests will be available until September 10th.

Super Mario Odyssey

The official Super Mario Odyssey Japanese Twitter account has posted another GIF. This time the account is showing off how diving works in the game.

The diving action mechanic can be used in mid air to get across gaps or to go further a longer distance.

In the Japanese magazine CoroCoro, a new manga has started for ARMS. The newest issue has the debut chapter. It looks more along the lines of a gag manga, but it’s pretty interesting nonetheless.

CoroCoro even has a few sample pages that can be viewed online. It’s accessible right here.

Miitomo has been updated with new content. Players can nab the latest items in the Miitomo Drop stage, “Welcome to Japan! Japanese Traditions #2”.

Available items include:

– Happi coat
– Okame mask
– Hyottoko mask
– Twisted hachimaki

Users can select Miitomo Drop stages from the Shop tab. Miitomo coins or game tickets are needed to play.
