Level-5 announced a new Inazuma Eleven game earlier today as was promised. At its Level-5 Vision 2016 event, the company pulled back the curtain on “Inazuma Eleven Ares”.
Inazuma Eleven Ares takes place after the first game in a parallel world. It stars protagonists Ryouhei Haizaki, Asuto Inamori, and Yuuma Nosaka.
Gematsu has the following overview:
The story revolves around a group of boys living on an island who love to play soccer. Their soccer club is suddenly abolished, and the only way they can regain it is to win the Football Frontier. Protagonist Asuto Inamori and company leave the island for Tokyo to attend Raimon Junior High School and take on the Football Frontier. But their first match is against the number one-ranked Seishou Gakuen.

Nintendo still lists Dragon Quest VIII for 2016 in North America, but 2017 in Europe

Dragon Quest VII is finally heading west in September. But there’s still one other big Dragon Quest 3DS game that we haven’t heard about in quite awhile. That of course is Dragon Quest VIII.
The RPG did appear in Nintendo’s release schedule that we posted earlier today. In North America, it’s still listed for 2016. In Europe though, it’s now apparently coming next year. If we don’t hear about it soon, I can’t imagine that Dragon Quest VIII will remain a 2016 title in North America either.

Rumor: The Wall Street Journal backs up NX hybrid report, “compatible” with Nintendo mobile games
Posted on 9 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in Rumors, Switch | 142 Comments
Yesterday, Eurogamer put up a report about NX with many unconfirmed details. The big thing we heard about is that, assuming the site’s story is accurate, Nintendo will bring out a portable console with detachable controllers. Players could then use a base/dock station to connect NX to a television.
The Wall Street Journal now appears to be backing up Eurogamer’s report about NX being a hybrid. The outlet wrote today, “A person familiar with the matter said NX would be a handheld-console hybrid that would be compatible with its own smartphone games.”
It goes without saying that we’re still very far away from any of the rumored details being proven true, so take everything you hear with a grain of salt. We’ll see if any of this pans out in the end!

Quest of Dungeons has been dated for Europe. According to an eShop listing, the Wii U version will be out on September 1 for €8.99. There’s no 3DS date yet, but it’d be extremely surprising if it didn’t launch on the same day.
We’ve included a trailer for Quest of Dungeons below. You can also find an overview past the break.
