Nintendo has updated its maintenance schedule for the coming week, and a couple of sessions are currently planned. Downtime will actually begin starting today.

The full maintenance schedule for the week of March 26, 2023 is as follows:


Pocket Academy 3

Kairosoft will release Pocket Academy 3 on Switch next week, according to an eShop listing.

The original Pocket Academy came to Switch in February 2019. Pocket Academy Zero actually came to Switch last month, which slipped a bit under the radar.

Storyteller gameplay

A good chunk of gameplay is now available for Storyteller following its debut this week. The title comes from Annapurna Interactive, who worked with developer Daniel Benmergui.

Arcade Archives Bonze Adventure gameplay

mr driller drill puzzle

Hideo Yoshizawa, who previously worked on the Mr. Driller series, has said that he has ideas for the franchise that go beyond the puzzle genre.

“I would like to make one if I was given the opportunity,” Yoshizawa told Retro Gamer when asked why Namco didn’t expand the universe into other types of games like platformers. “I actually have some ideas, such as making various vehicles move using the drill or flying though the skies by putting an airscrew on his drill.”

Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series Nintendo Direct

Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series launched on numerous platforms, but it turns out that development started out on Switch. That information comes from Ryo Ishida, the game’s producer in a recent issue of Lost In Cult.

Ishida also spoke about revealing Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series in a Nintendo Direct last year, stating that it’s “an excellent medium for spreading information and awareness among game fans” given the high level of anticipation for announcements. He said Bandai Namco was “very grateful for that opportunity.”

Omen of Sorrow gameplay

Eastasiasoft brought Omen of Sorrow to Switch this week, and new gameplay has come in. We’ve got a good look at the traditional 4-button fighting title.

Atelier Ryza 3 gameplay
