TreeFall Studios trying to port Gem Collector to Wii U

TreeFall Studios’ 2D platformer Gem Collector may come to Wii U. The indie developer confirmed on Twitter today that it’s something being attempted at the moment. If TreeFall is able to figure things out, Gem Collector will come to the eShop sometime in the future.

Midora funded on Kickstarter, coming to Wii U and 3DS

Epic Minds’ 2D action-adventure title Midora is coming to both Wii U and 3DS following a successful campaign on Kickstarter. Earlier today, the total amount raised surpassed $60,000, which was the project’s goal.
Midora’s Kickstarter does have platform-specific stretch goals (including a $80,000 goal for Wii U/3DS), though they are unlikely to be met as less than two days remain the crowdfunding campaign. However, Epic Minds has already confirmed that not reaching these goals shouldn’t cause any issues. Not hitting them simply means that Midora will be brought to additional platforms slightly later.

Mega Diancie featured in new CoroCoro scan, ability confirmed

Yet another Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire scan has appeared from this month’s CoroCoro. The magazine confirms that Mega Diancie can use the “Magic Bounce” ability.
Meanwhile, we’re also hearing that next month’s CoroCoro will have a “Mega Evolution Scoop”. The magazine will release on August 12.
Bandai Namco comments on Project CARS’ Wii U delay

Bandai Namco has issued an official response regarding Project CARS’ delay on Wii U.
We learned earlier today that the racer won’t be arriving on Nintendo’s console until 2015. The PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions are still due out in November of this year.
