Want Broken Age on Wii U? Then it might be best to let developer Double Fine know!
COO Justin Bailey told one fan on Twitter, “if enough people” show interest in having Broken Age on Wii U, “I’m sure I can make that happen”.
He said:
@seven5three if enough people want that, I'm sure I can make that happen 🙂

Natsume will be announcing a total of three Nintendo titles by the end of E3 2014. One of these games, as we found out today, is Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley.
The Lost Valley is a 3DS title, but Natsume has something in store for Wii U as well. The publisher teased a “treat” for Nintendo’s console – which we know will be revealed in just a few days.
Natsume said:
@BretMeasor We announced our Harvest Moon game today… for 3DS! 🙂 But we will have a WiiU treat for fans~.

Square Enix apparently wasn’t happy with Chocobo Racing 3D’s quality
Posted on 10 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 5 Comments
Chocobo Racing 3D was one of the first projects announced for 3DS. Sadly, we finally received confirmation last year that the game had been cancelled.
Chocobo Racing 3D’s end seems to have come about – at least partially – because Square Enix wasn’t pleased with its quality.
A rough translation of comments made by Square Enix’s Shinji Hashimoto at the Thailand Comic Con last month reads:
When we checked the quality of the game, we did not satisfy. (so it was cancelled.)
If we would develop it for console, we think it should be a game for adults.(The target of Chocobo series is children.)
Thanks to Jake for the tip.

Natsume has confidence that Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley will reach Europe
Posted on 10 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 0 comments
Natsume announced Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley earlier today, though the reveal only pertained to North America. This begs the question: will Europe be seeing the game in their country as well?
While the company isn’t a position to reveal any information, Natsume did say on Twitter that it’s confident of a European release.
Natsume’s tweet states:
@koopaskull We can't discuss the EU release details *yet* but we have confidence it will make it to PAL territories.

Renegade Kid interested in bringing Retro Game Challenge 2 overseas
Posted on 10 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS eShop, DS, DSiWare, News | 1 Comment
XSEED released the first Retro Game Challenge in North America, but has confirmed numerous times that there are no plans to localize the sequel. The company doesn’t believe it would be viable from a sales standpoint to invest in the DS title.
But interestingly, Renegade Kid recently expressed interest in handling Retro Game Challenge 2 for XSEED. Co-founder Jools Watsham said on Twitter yesterday that a DSiWare release “would do great on the eShop.”
Check out all of Watsham’s comments below:
@TronKnotts Yeah, I expect it would do great on the eShop. Releasing the game as DSiWare on the 3DS eShop should be easy for them.
— Jools Watsham (@JoolsWatsham) June 3, 2014
@TronKnotts Contact them. Demand the game. And tell them Renegade Kid will happily handle it for them if they don't want to. Seriously.
— Jools Watsham (@JoolsWatsham) June 3, 2014
@TronKnotts If I can find their contact email, I'll happily send them a message asking about it.

Natsume announces Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley
Posted on 10 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 18 Comments
Natsume has revealed the first of its three Nintendo-related announcements for E3 2014. As announced by the publisher today, Natsume is bringing Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley to the 3DS later this year. Physical and digital versions are both planned.
Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley features a 3D setting and customization options that provide players with more freedom with their fields.
Today’s news means we’re technically receiving two Harvest Moon games in 2014. XSEED is localizing Harvest Moon: Connect to a New Land under the name “Story of Seasons” while Natsume is releasing Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley.
