The European Wii U eShop listed a May 15th release date for Swords & Soldiers HD last week. Today, that date shifted to May 22nd. Here’s hoping it sticks this time around!

As has been mentioned previously, Image & Form has started work on the next SteamWorld project. The studio teased its new project through the following image/tweet:

Image & Form also reconfirmed that the title will be “huge” in comparison to SteamWorld Dig.

Back in March, Yanim Studio opened a Kickstarter campaign for “Red Goddess” – the studio’s new action-adventure title planned for Wii U. The funding process was eventually cancelled in April with plans to relaunch in the future.

Red Goddess: Inner World has now returned on Kickstarter. This time around, the campaign’s goal has been lowered from $50,000 to $30,000.

Amazon is selling the Wii U version of Resident Evil: Revelations for only $19.99. We’ve seen discounts for the game in recent months, though this is one of the bigger sales yet. You can place an order here.

Nintendo is running a special eShop offer for European 3DS owners. Those who purchase Kirby Triple Deluxe will be provided with a download code for Kirby’s Dream Land 2. This offer is valid through July 13.

As of today, Club Nintendo members in Europe can place an order for a new reward. Nintendo has added in the “Yoshi Folder & Bookmark Set” for 1,000 points.

The reward features two card folders featuring Yoshi, Baby Mario, and other characters from Yoshi’s New Island. A couple of bookmarks are included as well.

XSEED remains interested in publishing Forbidden Magna in North America. The company’s Ken Berry said the following when asked about the possibility of localization:

“Oh yes, definitely. It’s still early in the development process. I think moving forward, we will be working much more closely with Marvelous AQL Japan and try to bring as many of their releases to the US as possible.”

Berry also shared a few words about Forbidden Magna in general:

“Some of the ex-Neverland staff that were working Forbidden Magna, that team once Neverland closed was brought into MAQL’s internal office so they could finish up the game.”

Bandai Namco will be attending the Japan Expo once again this year and will be bringing plenty of content to the show.

The company’s lineup includes One Piece: Unlimited World Red, Tales of Xillia 2, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storym Revolution, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle, Rise of Incarnates, and Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures. The company is teasing “additional titles and surprises” as well.

Those who attend Japan Expo can stop by the Bandai Namco Games shop space to get their hands on an extended catalog along with items never released outside of Japan. Additionally, plenty of live fan activities are planned

Bandai Namco’s activities will be located at Booth BF76 Hall 6. Japan Expo 2014 takes place between July 2nd and July 6th at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center in France.
