Nintendo Direct live stream (5/31/15, Japan)

The latest Nintendo Direct, which is for Japan only, will begin at 6 AM ET / 3 AM PT / 11 AM in the UK / 12 PM in Europe. I’m putting up this post a few hours early since I’ll be heading off for a bit of sleep soon and won’t be on again until 5:30 AM or so.
During the presentation, expect to hear more about Wii U and 3DS games coming out in Japan this summer. That likely means the latest information on Fire Emblem If, Rhythm Heaven: The Best Plus, Yoshi’s Woolly World, and other titles.
You can watch a live stream of the Nintendo Direct below. Depending on how things go, we may add updates throughout the presentation below as well. If nothing else, we’ll have brand new posts up on the site if anything major comes in.
– Dragon Quest VIII trailer shown
– New characters Morrie and Gelda. 8/27, 5980 yen plus tax.
– Super Robot Taisen BX for 3DS now
– SD Gundam appearing. BX 8/20, 6640 yen plus tax. UX download on sale at 3800 through 6/30.
– Tobidase! Nyanko Daisensou 3DS download for 719 yen plus tax following presentation.
– Create your own town with the “My Castle” feature in Fire Emblem If for 3DS
– Swap My Castles via StreetPass and visit others’ towns, fight their parties.
– FE If suports FE #Amiibo.

– Wii U software now. Super Mario Galaxy 2700 yen today, on sale for 1890 yen through 6/14. Buy Galaxy, get 30% off last 6.
– Yoshi’s Woolly World. Lots of colors and patterns. Rainbow Yoshi, Winter Yoshi, Moo-Moo Yoshi, Piranha Yoshi, Famicom…
– Over 50 types of Yoshi. Collect bunches of yarn. Use power badges for special powers. Increase yarn ball size, etc.
– Beads are needed to use power badges. #Amiibo unlock character-patterned Yoshi.

Nexis Games shared the latest trailer for UCraft today. Give it a watch below. Another trailer showing the UCraft PowerPack “CraftyKart” and the crafting system will be coming in a couple of days.
UCraft also now has an updated release window. According to Nexis Games, it will hit the Wii U eShop sometime between August 30 and November 26.
