Pokemon Scarlet Violet The Newest Chapters in the Pokemon Series

Following yesterday’s tease, a new trailer has just come in for Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet titled The Newest Chapters in the Pokemon Series.

Here’s some information about the games:

Now that Sonic Frontiers has released, GameXplain has put together a new video comparing the visuals of the Switch PS5 versions of the game.

Obviously, the Switch version doesn’t perform as well as its next gen counterpart. Resolution is maxed out at 720p, and the framerate is capped at 30 FPS. Some textures and geometry also seem less detailed, and most noticeably, pop-in is far more common on the Switch version.

Nippon Ichi Software has provided a new look at Disgaea 7 with a second trailer for the game. The trailer focuses on showing off some of the characters and mechanics being introduced in this new entry.

WayForward is back with another character trailer for River City Girls 2, and has now shown off Provie.

She’s said to be a “block-busting breakdancer” with speed, agility, and numerous dance attacks. Provie will be taming up with Misako and Kyoko to battle yakuza and find her missing best friend.

Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration new games

Atari issued a new featurette trailer for Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration that teases six brand new games that were made for the package.

Aside from emulating the beloved original games included in the collection, Digital Eclipse also created six completely new games inspired by the classics of decades past. Swordquest: AirWorld is particularly noteworthy since it’s the missing, last installment in the four-game Swordquest series that fans can finally finish 40 years later.

Fire Emblem Engage Etie

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems are kicking off the week with its latest character introduction for Fire Emblem Engage, and we’ve now got a look (and some information) at Etie. Serenes Forest managed to provide a translation of what was shared on the official Japanese Twitter account.

Etie, who is voiced by Tomomi Mineuchi in the Japanese version, is a palace knight from the Kingdom of Firene. She’s a noble lady who exudes elegance and also has a positive and active personality. Her main hobby is body-building as that’s what she devotes all her time to.

Ahead of its release tomorrow, Famitsu has shared some new gameplay showing off Sonic Frontiers. They’ve shared about 9 minutes of new footage for the title.
