Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon were announced two months ago. While we haven’t seen much of either game, that could be changing very soon.

On tonight’s episode of the Japanese show Pokenchi, Pokemon Sun/Moon director Shigeru Ohmori will be making an appearance. He’ll apparently be talking about the latest Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon information and will deliver a “shock announcement” regarding the anime.

Meanwhile, the next issue of CoroCoro could be leaking very shortly. Speculation has pointed to a possible new Lycanroc form. Although not confirmed, the cover has an image of what looks like Lycanroc with a different color scheme and a few aesthetic changes.

The next Ace Attorney game has launched, though only in Japan. Have a look at a ton of footage from The Great Ace Attorney 2 below.

Metroid: Samus Returns will have plenty of amiibo functionality. Certain amiibo can be used to unlock a new difficulty mode, artwork, and more.

Nintendo Treehouse has a new blog post up on Tumblr about the amiibo support here. It’s admittedly not exactly new, but it is a nice recap of everything in English. There are also a couple of nice views of the new Samus and Metroid amiibo in 360 degrees.

We recently came across an interview French website Gamekult conducted at E3. The site caught up with Philippe Lavoué, managing director of Nintendo France. Since we felt it was interesting enough, we decided to go ahead with a full, proper translation.

In the interview, Lavoué touched on many different topics. This includes Switch and third-parties (more games are coming), mobile, and the staying power of amiibo.

We’ve posted the fully translated interview below. Just keep in mind the context of when it was conducted – specifically for questions such as a NES Classic Edition followup.

Etrian Mystery Dungeon 2 will be packaged with a special bonus soundtrack when it’ll be released in Japan on August 31st. The “User’s Best Album” features a variety of tracks from all of the main Etrian Odyssey games on two discs. Atlus released a sample video that lets you listen to some of the tracks on the album. Check it out:

GameXplain has uploaded a video from their stream showcasing 2 hours of gameplay for the 3DS version of Dragon Quest XI. Check out the video down below.

Atlus has a new Etrian Odyssey V trailer focusing on the Warlock class. We have the video along with a brief introduction below.

There are a lot of monsters that call the Yggdrasil home. Sure, cold hard steel and explosive gunpowder can usually get the job done, but sometimes a little more “oomph” is required when dealing with these pesky beasts. Thankfully, the Celestrian’s Warlock class provides a magical spark to these engagements. And when we say spark, we actually mean ancient power that can summon raging fireballs, monstrous hailstorms, amplify other magical abilities, and more! As they level up, Warlocks can further specialize in base elemental skills (fire, ice, and lightning) or branch out to learn new elemental earth and wind spells.

Yo-kai Watch is getting its next big update, version 4.0, sometime this summer. View a new commercial promoting the patch below.
