It honestly doesn’t feel like five years have gone by since Switch first launched. Personally speaking, I still very much enjoy the novelty of playing games either in portable mode or on the television. But of course, the most important aspect of a console is always its library and the Switch has a lot to offer in that area.
In today’s video, I discuss Nintendo’s strategy on Switch as a publisher and how the company is making smart use of its assets to provide a new game almost every month, being very close to sustaining the console on their own and releasing games of all sizes. You can check out the video down below.

A new survey has some fans hoping that Mario Party Superstars could one day receive DLC.
In an ad spotted on YouTube, a question asks which game consumers would buy a downloadable content pack for. Hot Wheels Unleashed, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and Mario Party Superstars are all listed – along with “none of the above”.

Them’s Fightin’ Herds rating suggests possible Switch release

Them’s Fightin’ Herds could be making the jump to Switch based a new rating. The title was just recently rated by the ESRB, the official classification board in North America.
Them’s Fightin’ Herds originally released in 2020. It’s a 2D fighting game featuring a cast of animals designed by cartoon producer Lauren Faust, the creator of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.

Nintendo maintenance schedule – March 6, 2022

Nintendo’s maintenance schedule has been updated once again. Other than downtime involving the eShop that we previously reported on, Switch network services will be impacted later tonight.

MAR10 Day 2022 is a few days away, but a new Switch sale has started up at various retailers as well as on the Switch eShop. While the event won’t officially kick off until March 10, that doesn’t mean fans have to wait to start saving.

Following the announcement a few months ago about Defend the Rook heading to Switch, the title has been given a release date. Goblinz Publishing and developer One Up Plus confirmed this week that the roguelike tactical tower defense game is slated for April 14, 2022 on Nintendo’s console.
