Cadence of Hyrule

Alongside Cadence of Hyrule’s first DLC drop this week, the game was updated to version 1.2.0. Brace Yourself Games implemented a new game modifier, a number of changes, bug fixes, and more.

Mario Kart Tour

Nintendo has announced the next event for Mario Kart Tour. On July 28 at 11 PM PT / July 29 at 2 AM ET, players will be able to participate in the Wild West Tour. Kalimari Desert will be featured.

For now, the Exploration Tour is taking place on Mario Kart Tour. Captain Toad and Toadette in her explorer gear headlined that event.

An eShop listing reveals that Rugby Challenge 4 is making its way to Switch next week. It’s described as an “Early Access” launch, as more features will be added later on.

Eiyuden Chronicle

Eiyuden Chronicle will be launching on Kickstarter next week. The game comes from Rabbit & Bear Studios, which includes staff members behind Suikoden and more. For those curious about what the plan is as far as supporting Nintendo is concerned, we received clarification straight from the developer.

The initial goal for Eiyuden Chronicle will be for PC. However, a console stretch goal will be visible on the official Kickstarter page, which will list “Nintendo next-generation”.

Roundguard

Publisher The Quantum Astrophysicists Guild and Wonderbelly Games have announced new content for Roundguard. Coming in the form of the Treasure Hunter Update, the Peggle-inspired roguelike is adding two new game modes, a new enemy, and more unlockable rewards today.

Epic Mickey

Epic Mickey has turned into a cult classic of sorts after its initial debut on Wii a decade ago. Now we have some unused material from the game, as Jim Dooley uploaded an unused music track online. You can listen to the tune below, which is titled “Outro Black Pete”.

Epic Mickey originally came to Wii in November 2010. A sequel followed two years later, which also landed on Wii U.

Grisaia: Phantom Trigger Vol. 3

The visual novel Grisaia: Phantom Trigger Vol. 3 joined the Switch eShop earlier this week. For a look at some footage, check out the video below.
