The latest firmware update for Switch just released, and version 17.0.0 should begin to roll out for all system owners.
Similar to upgrades as of late, there’s again nothing here in terms of functionality. Nintendo has done some small tinkering behind the scenes and promises another wave of stability improvements.

Tokyo Dark: Remembrance receiving physical release on Switch

Tokyo Dark: Remembrance is now confirmed for physical release on Switch. Announced by Limited Run Games today, the title will be sold as part of its distribution line.
Only a standard version is planned at present. Limited Run Games will not be offering any limited editions.

Pui Pui Molcar Let’s! Molcar Party! getting English release in the west

Nighthawk Interactive announced today that it’s releasing an English version of Pui Pui Molcar Let’s! Molcar Party! in the west. The game is scheduled for November 21, 2023, and you can pre-order it on Amazon now here.
Pui Pui Molcar Let’s! Molcar Party! previously launched at the very end of 2021 in Japan and Asia. While it was handled by Bandai Namco in those regions, it seems that Nighthawk Interactive is in charge of everything for the North American and European debut.
Garden Buddies launches on Switch next week, new trailer

Thanks to publisher RedDeerGames and developer JamPics, we now have a release date for Garden Buddies. You’ll be able to pick it up on October 20, 2023.
We previously reported on Garden Buddies back in June. When the initial announcement was made, no release window was provided.

Kona II: Brume out on Switch next week, new trailer

Today, publisher Plaion and developer Parabole announced the final release date for Kona II: Brume. It’s just a week away, with the title slated for October 18, 2023 on Switch.
Kona II: Brume, a mystery adventure game, was originally announced in June 2022. We were given a vague 2023 launch window at the time.

Sanabi getting physical release on Switch

Red Art Games is preparing a physical release for Sanabi on Switch, the company announced today. Copies will ship in Q1 2024.
Sanabi will be sold with two different versions. The Deluxe Edition includes a copy of the game, a sleeve featuring alternate cover art, a double-sided poster, and an acrylic stand. The collector’s edition features a copy of the game, an art book, and the official soundtrack on CD.

Blasphemous II update out now (version 1.1.0), patch notes

Blasphemous II just got its first update on Switch, with the game moving up to version 1.1.0.
Team17 and The Game Kitchen says that the patch is based on player feedback. Lots of adjustments have been made along with a ton of bug fixes.

Spin Rhythm XD out on Switch this month with first DLC pack, new trailer

Today, Super Spin Digital shared the final release date for the Switch version of Spin Rhythm XD. It’ll be ready to go on October 26, 2023.
We previously heard about Spin Rhythm XD way back in 2019. After a lengthy stint in Early Access on PC, it’ll now be launching for Nintendo’s console.
