Splatoon 2: Sloshing Machine Neo being added to the game today/tomorrow

It’s the end of week, which means another addition is coming to Splatoon 2’s weapon arsenal. The Sloshing Machine Neo is identical to the regular Sloshing Machine in terms of stats, but comes with the Point Sensor sub-weapon and the Splat Bomb Launcher special instead. It’ll be available in-game tomorrow around noon in Japan and Australia, early in the morning in Europe and later tonight in North America.

Fire Emblem Heroes – Corrin and Azura bound hero battle and focus

The newest bound hero battle and summoning focus are now live. You will be able to summon Azura, Corrin (male) and Kagero. A long with a new bound hero battle has started featuring Corrin and Azura. Both last until the 24th of February.
Animal Crossing: Pocket Edition Crystal event starts now

The newest Animal Crossing event has just started with an emphasis on crystals. You can do requests and earn crystal shards to craft crystal prizes. Timed events will also give you a couple of crystals for the event as well as a couple other gifts. The event lasts til February 24th.

BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle’s US pricing revealed; producer comments on DLC controversy and Switch development

Much has been made about BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle’s DLC and how much it’ll cost to obtain everything. After Destructoid spoke with the game’s producer, we finally have some clarification.
BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle will be sold at $49.99 with DLC offered outside of that. You’ll also be able to pick up the Deluxe Digital Edition for $69.99 featuring the main game and Cross Tag Character Pack 1-6.

The special A Hero Rises event for Fire Emblem Heroes is almost over. The first round is now over, and the final round has started. Voting can be done through February 19.
Tharja (“Normal Girl”), Ike (Vanguard Legend), Azura (Lady of Ballads), and Hector (General of Ostia) are the finalists. Place your vote on the official site here.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 version 1.3.0, New Game Plus delayed to March 2

Monolith Soft recently announced a massive update for Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Among other things, version 1.3.0 is introducing a New Game Plus mode.
The expectation was that the new update would drop this week – and likely tonight. Unfortunately, it’s seeing a last-minute delay. Bugs have pushed the patch back to March 2.
We’ll let you know when the update finally goes live a couple of weeks from now. In the meantime, you can catch up on what the update will include below.

Manticore – Galaxy on Fire, a space action game, was announced for Switch this week. In one of our own posts, the project’s lead designer actually left a comment and shared more details about the game.
