Hex Gambit funded on Kickstarter, officially confirmed for Switch

Hex Gambit has managed to reach its funding goal on Kickstarter. One Man Left Studios was looking to raise $11,000, which was just reached. Switch was a part of the main goal, so the game is officially confirmed for Nintendo’s console.
Here’s what you can expect from Hex Gambit:
In a world called Agon, the sharpest strategic minds command squads of expendable automatons in an explosive arena sport called the Hex Gambit.
Hex Gambit is a unique turn-based strategy game coming to Steam and the Nintendo Switchâ„¢ console, from the makers of the cult classic Outwitters (view our entire catalog of games here). It’s designed to get to the fun part fast: Drag and drop minions onto your side of the map on Turn 1; start hitting stuff on Turn 2! Games typically last 10-30 minutes (depending how fast you think), with the action always intensifying in the late game for an epic conclusion.
Hex Gambit will be on Switch sometime in 2018.

An in-depth FAQ was posted to the Minecraft site today explaining the update in detail. It really covers everything you need to know about what’s to come. Head past the break for the various questions and answers.
Prodigy planned for Switch
Posted on 8 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Switch eShop | 2 Comments
Earlier today, we found out that Forever Entertainment is bringing Violett to Switch via an eShop listing. That won’t be the publisher’s only release on the system.
Also in the works is Prodigy, an upcoming tactical RPG developed by Hanakai Studio. It was funded on Kickstarter back in 2014.
Here’s a brief overview:
Prodigy is a head to head tactical role playing game with mixed turn-based and real time multiplayer action, pitting your heroes against those of your friends or online opponent. The game will feature both PvE and PvP modes, including Ranked and Unranked Multiplayer.
Forever Entertainment will be putting the “electronic” version of Prodigy on Switch. The download version makes use of a “digital board tested through a closed Alpha”, and it “will be entirely compatible” with the physical version.

Rumor: Sonic Forces Day One Edition to feature avatar costumes from Jet Set Radio, NiGHTS, more
Posted on 8 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in Rumors, Switch | 18 Comments
A pair of interesting retailer listings have been spotted that may point to a possible “Day One Edition” for Sonic Forces.
Amazon Spain and XtraLife both list the release, though there’s an important caveat here. Neither store has the Sonic Forces Day One Edition for Switch – only PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. However, we did come across a listing from Game Mania in the Netherlands that does list it for Nintendo’s console.

Yo-kai Watch 2: Psychic Specters out on September 29 in North America
Posted on 8 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 17 Comments
September is looking like a busy month for 3DS. Monster Hunter Stories, Metroid: Samus Returns, and Yo-kai Watch 2: Psychic Specters are arriving within just a few weeks of each other.
Previously, Nintendo had given Psychic Specters a vague “Fall 2017” launch window in North America. We now have a final date, as it’s now confirmed for September 29.
Yo-kai Watch 2 originally came out last year. Psychic Specters offers new features, including new Yo-kai to befriend, exclusive quests, and the ability to hop on the Hexpress to a new resort area. Those who purchased Yo-kai Watch 2: Bony Spirits or Fleshy Souls can transfer their save data to pick up where they left off.
