Just Shapes & Beats will be adding a “Hardcore Mode” on Switch

Just Shapes & Beats launched on Switch nearly a year ago. Berzerk Studio ended up bringing the game to PlayStation 4 this week, and a new “Hardcore Mode” was included. Fortunately, it’s been confirmed that the Switch version will be updated with the feature as well.
For the new mode, Berzerk Studio says that all stages were “redesigned in some form or another to give you a whole new experience that will make even seasoned Souls-like players weep, longing for their mother’s warm embrace.” You can view a trailer for Just Shapes & Beats: Hardcore Edition below.
Devious Dungeon 2 hitting Switch next week

Star Renegades coming to Switch

BitSummit’s website has updated, confirming another game that will be shown off for Switch at the expo. Star Renegades, a tactical squad-based rogue-lite RPG, will be released on the console.

To celebrate the recent launch of Hob: The Definitive Edition, Panic Button and Perfect World Entertainment were kind enough to supply us with codes for the game as part of a giveaway. We have five in total, meaning we’ll have five winners.
To enter, simply leave a comment below about the aspect you find the most interesting about Hob. We’ll then pick the winners at random a week from today – May 9.
This competition is open worldwide. Keep in mind that we were given US codes, but they can be redeemed on any Switch system. You’ll just need a North American Nintendo Account set up on your Switch in order to redeem the code on the proper eShop.
