Custom Robo nintendo switch online

Custom Robo and Custom Robo V2 are coming to Nintendo Switch Online – but only in Japan.

Yesterday, Nintendo finally announced N64 games for the service. While they won’t be included in the standard tier, consumers will be able to access these titles through the Expansion Pack.

We’ve already seen a number of games confirmed, ranging from Nintendo classics like Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Super Mario 64 to the somewhat unexpected like Banjo-Kazooie. However, in Japan, two additional titles were already confirmed. Custom Robo and Custom Robo V2 will both be available in the region.

Space station management game Spacebase Startopia arrives on Switch today. Check out some gameplay footage with the video below.

Nippion Ichi Software has released a new trailer for their upcoming adventure game Asatsugutori. This game is a mystery in a time loop and contains many different branching stories that players must investigate.

The trailer takes a look at some of the story (although it is in Japanese) as well as the settings and some gameplay. Check out the nearly 3 minute video below.

Degica Games’ arcade classic Castle of Shikigami 2 is coming to Switch in December 2021. This shoot ’em up was originally released in arcades and on the GameCube in 2003, but this version will be upgraded with new modes and story localization. 

The exact date of the release is not given (just the vague December 2021), but more details will surely come in the coming months. In the meantime, a trailer for the game is included below, as well as a description of the game from its Steam Page.

Actraiser Renaissance gameplay

New gameplay has emerged offering a first look at Actraiser Renaissance. Square Enix unveiled the game during today’s Nintendo Direct, and immediately launched the title.

The SNES title Actraiser is returning on Switch under the new name Actraiser Renaissance. Announced during today’s Nintendo Direct presentation, Square Enix has remastered the game in HD.

Techland is putting Dying Light 2: Stay Human – Cloud Version on Switch, the studio has announced. It will launch on February 4, 2022. A demo is planned for the same day.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is on the way to Switch, Aspyr revealed during today’s Nintendo Direct. It will launch on November 11.

During today’s Nintendo Direct, Square Enix announced Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars. It will launch on October 28. Additionally, a demo is coming today.

Diablo II Resurrected Switch

Gameplay for the Switch version of Diablo II: Resurrected has started to surface. The title just launched today, so players are now getting their hands on the finished product.

Blizzard recently said that the Diablo II: Resurrected “runs like butter” on the console when asked about technical performance.
