Ghosts 'n Goblins Resurrection

Nintendo released a new video today showcasing a few European digital game highlights from January 2021. You can watch it below.

The upcoming localization of the visual novel Gnosia has some new footage, detailing the first 28 minutes of the game. This visual novel is critically acclaimed (the Japanese version) and it is releasing on March 4, 2021 in English.

Nippon Ichi Software has provided new details for the upcoming detective adventure game Tantei Bokumetsu. These details include a five minute overview trailer, character art and descriptions, and a deep dive into the gameplay.

A few days ago, Super Mario Bros. 35 kicked off its second World Count Challenge event. Players were tasked with collectively defeating 350 million Goombas. 317,373,419 Goombas were defeated in total, so the goal was ultimately not met.

The event was originally tied into a My Nintendo promotion. If the 350 million target was met, players would have been awarded with 350 Platinum Points on My Nintendo.

Arcades Archives Legend of Makai

Arcades Archives Guerilla War is out now on Switch via the eShop. Arcades Archives Legend of Makai launches worldwide on March 4.

Minute of Islands

Minute of Islands was given a March 18 release date last month, but the game is now seeing a delay. Mixtvision and Studio Fizbin are postponing the launch after discovering “some major technical issues that occurred during the last round of testing”.

Studio Fizbin director Anjin Anhut said of the decision:

In Rays of the Light

Today, Sometimes You and Sergey Noskov announced that they’re bringing In Rays of the Light to Switch. Originally released in 2012 as The Light, the release on Nintendo’s console has been created as a remake.
