Ahead of the game’s launch, Nintendo World Report has published gameplay footage of the first 35 minutes of Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon Every Buddy.

We have another round of news regarding Kill la Kill: IF.

First up, we have confirmation that the game launches on July 26 in North America and Europe. The Japanese release takes place a day earlier, and we the official boxart is pictured above.

Nintendo has put out a series of new commercials to promote the system for the Spring 2019 season. We have the full set below.

Nintendo has announced the latest Smash Bros. Ultimate Spirit Board event. This week, the theme is “Spring Snackfest” where snack-related spirits will be appearing. Defeating these spirits will give you a Snack (L) and three times as many Spirit Points.

The Spirit Board event should kick off on Friday. Look for it to last a few days as usual.

Coming off of the holidays, the start of a new year can be a bit slow in terms of games and sales. That isn’t the case with Nintendo and 2019, however.

In the United States last month, Nintendo generated its highest February month hardware dollar sales since 2011. Also, the Big N reached the highest year-to-date dollar sales for Nintendo produced hardware since 2011.

NPD Group has released a listing of the top twenty best-selling games in the U.S. for the month of February 2019. The results can be found below.

Red Art Games recently announced Old Man’s Journey as its first physical release on Switch. Next up on the docket is Stay, which came to the eShop last September. Pre-orders open this Thursday.

Aside from the game itself, buyers will be given a few extra goodies. These include DLC, a booklet with spritesheets and concept art, digital soundtrack, and a “special surprise code”.

Gris

Special Reserve Games has started working with Devolver Digital to bring out physical versions of their titles. As we reported earlier today, pre-orders for The Messenger just opened.

Gris is another Devolver Digital-published game that should be receiving the physical treatment. Special Reserve Games has updated its website, which now includes the critically-acclaimed Switch title. No word yet on when it’ll be launching or when pre-orders are going live, but we’ll let you know when we hear more.
