Mashable was able to speak with Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime at this year’s E3. At the show, Reggie was pressed further about the lack of save management on Switch. One of the things brought up is how it’s crucial Nintendo avoids piracy on the system as well as modding and hacking.

Game Informer went live with a new Super Mario Odyssey interview today. The site spoke with director Kenta Motokura and producer Yoshiaki Koizumi to learn more about the game.

Various topics were discussed, including Captain Toad, how kingdoms change while you play, and help for newcomers. Also teased were elements that will make players who played Super Mario 64 “happy”. Koizumi weighed in on how he’s becoming more of a face for Nintendo lately.

Minecraft will be receiving an update this fall. The team is also preparing a Super Duper Graphics Pack, which features new graphical elements. Switch won’t be getting the DLC’s 4K graphics, but the other bells and whistles should still be present. Check out the video below for a sneak peek.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 isn’t too far off from launching on Switch. According to the latest issue of V Jump, the game is scheduled to launch on September 7.

Bandai Namco will be bringing Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 to North America and Europe this fall. A specific date has yet to be announced.

Media Create provided extra sales information for the week ending June 11. The latest analysis indicates that the system has an attach rate of 1.60 after being on the market for fifteen weeks. In other words, Switch owners have purchased about 1.60 games, which is higher than Wii U’s 1.45 in the same time frame.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is currently the best-selling game in Japan with 505,270 copies sold. Zelda: Breath of the Wild is next at 494,526 units.

Wondering what’s coming to Switch and 3DS for the rest of 2017? As a way of highlighting some of the upcoming releases, Nintendo created the new infographic above and distributed it on Twitter. It’s the same for both North America and Europe, but PAL regions are finally getting the Brain Training 3DS game this summer.
