Deltarune coming to Nintendo Switch 2 at launch

Deltarune fans have long been waiting for an update, and today’s Nintendo Direct provided the latest information. It’s now confirmed that it’s coming to Nintendo Switch 2 at launch with chapters 3 and 4.
Note that Deltarune is still planned for Nintendo Switch and will be available on the console as well.

Announced in 2024 with a planned for a 2025 release, Hashire Hebereke: EX is now set for a Spring 2026 launch window.
Hashire Hebereke: EX is a remake of Hashire Hebereke, a racing game featuring various characters and tracks. The original 1994 game was released on the Super Famicom in Japan only. It was developed by Sunsoft and its remake is being published by Gravity Games Arise. The remake includes new characters, stages, four person online multiplayer, and a new time attack mode.

Rumor: Nintendo Switch Online to receive GameCube games

According to a claim from NateTheHate, Nintendo Switch Online will be adding GameCube games at some point.
That information was shared in a new podcast published today. He said that he’s heard about Nintendo’s plans to bring GameCube support to Nintendo Switch Online, which is “a question of when, not if.” While not fully committing to that news being shared during tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct for Switch 2, it’s apparently “very likely”.

Super Technos World: River City & Technos Arcade Classics getting physical release in Japan with English support, pre-orders open

Super Technos World: River City & Technos Arcade Classics is closing in on its release date, and it’s now confirmed that the physical release in Japan will support English.
Japanese, English, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese will all be on the cartridge. With Nintendo Switch being region-free, it’s possible for any system owner to buy the game and play it on their system.

Aspyr just released a new version 1.0.3 update for Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered.
One new highlight is the inclusion of the E3 1998 Demo to the Bonus Material section. Additionally, the team has made a number of improvements and fixes. Both titles int he collection have been touched up.

Coffee Stain isn’t done with Goat Simulator 3 having announced a new “Gifts from the Rifts” update. Those on Nintendo Switch will be able to access it soon.
New gears and two new events are being added to the game. On top of that, players will be able to access the Plushie Pilgor alternate goat.

NetherWorld physical release detailed, pre-orders open

SelectaPlay has announced that the NetherWorld special physical boxed edition up for pre-orders. The physical edition includes a full-color ‘NetherWorld for Dummies’ manual.
NetherWorld is a side scrolling action adventure narrative experience developed by Hungry Pixel, and published by SelectaPlay. The game was funded on Kickstarter with Fans helping raise €10,000 – double the goal.

Nintendo Switch Online adds Kirby’s Adventure, Kirby and the Amazing Mirror icons

As we enter April, Nintendo is offering a new bonus for Nintendo Switch Online members. User icons for both Kirby’s Adventure and Kirby and the Amazing Mirror are both up for grabs.
In order to claim these icons, you’ll first need to play the games. That means starting up the NES app for Kirby’s Adventure and the GBA app for Kirby and the Amazing Mirror. After that, you can spend My Nintendo Platinum Points on icons for both titles.
