Indie Live Expo Winter 2021 will take place on November 6, Ryu’s Office has announced.

Like previous events, it will feature new game reveals, updates for previously-released games, and spotlights on talented creators and their games. The Indie Live Expo Awards are also returning for 2021, with the nominee voting period open now until Wednesday, September 30.

Indie Live Expo Winter 2021 should be live streamed on the usual social channels, including YouTue, Twitch, Twitter, and Bilibili.

Blaster Master Zero 3 is due out for Switch on July 29.

Crysis Remastered

After the physical version was announced for Switch yesterday, the boxart for Crysis Remastered on Switch has emerged. You can check out the design above.

Crysis Remastered is confirmed to be arriving on Switch physically this fall. Best Buy Canada lists a September 28 date, though it’s unclear if that’s just a placeholder.

There is just one other aspect to keep in mind for this physical release. Crysis Remastered Trilogy will be out on Switch later this year, and at least for now, it’ll be digitally only. The physical version of Crysis Remastered on Switch only includes the first game. It’s unclear if and when the other two entries will be distributed in a boxed format on Nintendo’s console.

Spike Chunsoft has just unveiled AI: The Somnium Files – nirvanA Initiative, a follow up to the 2019 mystery adventure game AI: The Somnium Files. It will launch on Switch in Spring 2022.

Fans will be able to purchase a collector’s edition that includes the game, exclusive Good Smile Company Pop Up Parade ~170mm PVC figure of the AI-Ball “Aiba”, art book featuring concept art and illustrations by Yusuke Kozaki, and official soundtrack by returning composer Keisuke Ito. Pricing is set at $120.

Capcom published a new behind-the-scenes video for Monster Hunter Rise today. It focuses on the game’s soundtrack, featuring traditional Japanese instrumentation, soothing vocals, and bombastic orchestras.

Doki Doki Literature Club Plus

With Doki Doki Literature Club Plus landing on Switch earlier today, we now have a proper look at the game running on Nintendo’s system. Have a look at some footage below.

Doki Doki Literature Club Plus can be purchased digitally for Switch via the eShop – a physical version is planned for August 31. We have further details here.

Coinciding with the launch of Doki Doki Literature Club Plus, the game has received a day-one update. A version 1.0.1 patch is currently available.
