It’s time for the newest North American Nintendo Download report for the week of September 19, 2024. The latest releases include Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, Bloomtown: A Different Story, and more.

September 18: Nintendo has filed a lawsuit against Pocketpair – the studio known for Palworld – together with The Pokemon Company.

Those that have been keeping up with Palworld since it burst onto the scene this year may not be overly surprised by the news. The lawsuit is seeking “injunction against infringement and compensation for damages”. Nintendo and The Pokemon Company believe that Palworld “infringes multiple patent rights.”

May 23: Microids is putting Totally Spies: Cyber Mission on Switch, the company revealed today. The title launches on October 31, 2024.

It was first revealed last year that Microids was working on a Totally Spies game. Players can look forward to a mix of action, adventure and infiltration with a brand new story set in the world of the new season 7 of the series.

Evil Nun: The Broken Mask was previously offered as a digital title on Switch, but now it’s getting the physical treatment. Meridiem will distribute the game throughout Europe (can be imported to other regions) starting November 19, 2024.

The Evil Nun: The Broken Mask physical release will be sold as a special Unholy Edition. Each copy includes a special case, a camp admission letter, digital soundtrack download code, and art book containing a collection of concept art of the main characters and iconic settings.

Folks in Europe can now get their hands on a trio of Switch bundles – one for Nintendo Switch Sports and a couple for Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

First up is the Nintendo Switch Sports Set. This Neon Blue/Neon Red Joy-Con, Nintendo Switch Sports pre-installed, a Leg Strap accessory, and a 12-month Nintendo Switch Online membership.

Thanks to Serenity Forge and Moonana, we’ve got a launch trailer for Keylocker. The game, a cyberpunk turn-based rhythm RPG, just landed on Switch.

Today, Yangyang Mobile revealed its new project High Times, and it’ll be appearing on Switch. A release is planned for 2025.

High Times features both dating and cooking sim gameplay. Players will manage a cafe, and by serving special donuts, they can help customers escape from their problems.

Ahead of the upcoming launch of Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven, fans can download a demo for the game. Square Enix also shared a new trailer for the 2024 Tokyo Game Show.

The demo lets players get a feel for the mechanics and more with a certain segment of the game. Additionally, all progress transfers to the full version.

August 20: Nikoderiko: The Magical World almost has a release date, as the game has now been confirmed to arrive in October. We should be given the exact day closer to launch.

Nikoderiko: The Magical World, a side-scrolling platformer with music from David Wise, was only just revealed a couple of months ago. We were given a vague 2024 launch window at the time.
