SNK has announced that a new DLC character from Honor of Kings is joining Samurai Shodown. Honor of Kings was made by Tencent, and originally released on mobile back in 2015.
SNK is keeping quiet on the exact identity of the character. However, we do have a silhouette above.
Cyberpunk action-RPG Dex releases for the Switch eShop today. Publisher Qubic Games and developer Dreadlocks are celebrating its launch with a new trailer focusing on the game’s story. Check it out below.
Dex is available now on the Switch eShop, and a physical release is planned for Q4 2020.
Pokemon Cafe Mix’s next event has been announced and will go live on July 29, 2020.
This event is bringing Dragonite as a special customer and it will be able to be recruited as staff once meeting it. Dragonite’s special ability is clearing Pokemon icons and gimmicks to the right.
Once released on July 29th, Dragonite will be available in game until August 12th.
The otome visual novel series, Angelique, is getting a new game after 18 years and it is coming to Switch in 2021. This game will support the languages of Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
This was announced by Koei Tecmo back in 2019, but now the game has been giving a name: Angelique Luminarise. This name announcement comes alongside a delay for the originally planned release date window, moving the release date of Angelique Luminarise to 2021.
Angelique Luminarise features a brand new story in the Angelique universe and a short introduction of this story has been included below, courtesy of Gematsu. A trailer for the game has also been added below so feel free to check it out for more info.
Developer miHoYo has added the details of a new character for Genshin Impact on their official website. This character, Sucrose, is an alchemist that has a hard time naming her specimens, among other characteristics.

Paramount has set a release date for its Sonic the Hedgehog movie sequel. It’ll be debuting in theaters on April 8, 2020, the company has announced.
Specifics about the movie have not yet been shared. However, we do know that Jeff Fowler is returning as director while Pat Casey and Josh Miller are writing the script.
Plans for a follow-up to the Sonic movie were announced at the end of May.

Atlus has posted the results of a poll it recently held on social media for Catherine: Full Body. In both the west and Japan, fans were asked about their favorite love interest: Catherine, Katherine, or Rin.
Katherine was the top choice in the west while Catherine led the way in Japan. That being said, the results were very close the whole way around.

The real-time robot strategy battler Volta-X will feature-cross-play between Switch and PC, GungHo Online Entertainment America has announced. Players on the two platforms will be able to team up and form clans or battle each other online.
A new webcomic has also been released, accessible here. GungHo says that it “showcases the unique art style of Volta-X and dives into the backstories of two of the game’s main protagonists, Ian and Sheldon. Both are on the verge of graduating from the Volta academy but need to pull off a heist to ‘borrow’ their own giant Volta robot for an upcoming tournament.” More comics will be shared in the future.
Volta-X launches on Switch later this summer.
