Fire Emblem Heroes has revealed the third category in its ongoing Voting Jubilee event. This category will be “The Villain You Just Can’t Hate” and it will be available until April 7 at 7:59pm PT.

Freakout: Calamity TV Show, a twin-stick shooter developed by Immaterial Studio, is finding its way to Switch next week. JanduSoft is handling publishing.

This week gave us a first look at Nintendo ormanents Hallmark is planning for 2020. While it was initially thought that we’d only be seeing 8-bit renditions of Mario, Luigi, and Donkey Kong, there are a few more products in store.

Hallmark’s 2020 DreamBook reveals even more upcoming Nintendo ornaments. For Pokemon, we’ll be seeing a Poke Ball and Pikachu. On top of that, a NES console and gold Zelda cartridge are in the works. Yoshi tops things off with a Mario Kart-inspired look.

Amazon has discounted a few Nintendo-published games for Switch. The digital versions of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Splatoon 2, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Kirby Star Allies, and Octopath Traveler are all down to $39.99. Normally, they’re $59.99 a piece.

All of these games can be found on Amazon here. It’s unclear how long the sale will go on for, but it’s possible that it could be through the end of the week.

Bohemia Interactive today started its closed beta on Switch for Vigor, its new shooter for Switch. Have a look at some footage below.

Earlier this month, the G-Mode Archives series was announced for Switch. G-Mode is porting some of its phone games to Switch in this new series, starting with the RPG Flyhight Cloudia. We have a trailer for the game below.

G-Mode Archives 01: Flyhight Cloudia launches on April 16, followed by G-Mode Archives 02: Ai to Roudou no Hibi on April 23, G-Mode Archives 03: Kururin Cafe on April 30, and G-Mode Archives 04: Beach Volleyball Shizuku on May 7.

Psyonix has announced that a new Heatseeker Mode is going live in Rocket League next week. It’ll be a limited time event, taking place online between April 16 and April 20.

Splatoon 2 might be getting a new update soon. On Twitter, Nintendo made a post about the patch, but deleted it shortly thereafter. It’s likely that the message was posted earlier than it should have been.

We know that the major updates for Splatoon 2 are over, though Nintendo has still carried out weapon adjustments. The social media post did state that the latest patch includes “minor adjustments to a variety of weapons.”
