BitSummit, the annual Japanese indie game festival, is coming up pretty soon. It’ll be held on June 1st and June 2nd at Kyoto International Exhibition Hall Miyako Messe. While obviously not a indie developer themselves, Nintendo will nonetheless have a booth at BitSummit and exhibit some games from their indie partners. Today, they announced the first three games they’ll be showcasing, with more to be revealing in the coming days: Untitled Goose Game, Slay the Spire and Cuphead. Additionally, a wide variety of already released indie titles on Nintendo Switch will be playable at the Indie World Café booth.
The latest Fire Emblem: Three Houses character to be introduced on the game’s official Twitter account is Raphael of the Golden Deer. The son of a merchant family, he’s had a rough life as he lost his parents in an accident. He is nonetheless a very optimistic person. All he worries about is the cafeteria menu and how he can bulk up even more. However, it seems he has little interest in attending classes. He is voiced by Takaki Ootomari.

The very first wedding-themed Summoning Focus is back in Fire Emblem Heroes. Bridal Blessings will be available until June 24, allowing you to summon special versions of Lyn, Caeda, Cordelia and Charlotte.
The 14th and latest Fishing Tourney is now live in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp.
The event is set to run until May 29th, with players having until May 30th to pick up any rewards that they may earn. This time around, the festivities are set to occur at Salt Water Shores.

Intragames has announced that they will be releasing a physical version of Super Cane Magic ZERO in Japan on August 29th.
In addition, it is teased that pre-orders for this version will come with a “secret special bonus” and Switch-exclusive content. No other details on this were shared, however.
Nintendo and Cygames have prepared a new update for Dragalia Lost. Version 1.8.0 is here, featuring co-op with nearby people, adventurer AI adjustments, crafting and Treasure Trade improvements, bug fixes, and more.

Konami has started the distribution of a new update for Arcade Classics Anniversary Collection. Players should be able to access version 1.0.2.
Konami states that Arcade Classics Anniversary Collection now supports vertical mode, otherwise known as tate mode. Typhoon (A-Jax), Scramble, and TwinBee should all properly support the feature.

Team Sonic Racing launched earlier in the week, but word started to surface yesterday that the Switch was missing something. Unlike other platforms, the opening movie was cut.
One theory suggested that this had to do with cartridge size. Team Sonic Racing is about 7GB on Switch, and including the movie may have bumped things up beyond 8GB. If that was the case, SEGA would have to pay a higher amount for cartridges.
