Nintendo published a new overview trailer for the Switch version of Go Vacation. You can watch the video below.

Yesterday, it was announced that the 2D adventure game The Mooseman is heading to Switch on July 18. Have a look at some footage below.

Rising Star Games announced today that the co-op racer Trailblazers is receiving the physical treatment. When the title hits store shelves, it will also be made available digitally for Switch for the first time.

In celebration of the news, new content is on the way. The racer “Boo’s Dad” will be included physically and digitally along with increased single-player content available straight out of the gate.

New sales data is in from the UK for the month of June 2018.

Two big Switch games appeared on the list for the first time. Combined with other platforms, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy placed third with the Switch version selling similarly to the Xbox One release. Mario Tennis Aces also appeared at #8.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is hosting a brand new garden event. Kapp’n has stopped by at the campsite, and he’s looking for the rare type of ladybug known as the dappledots. It’s your goal to collect them and give these bugs to the character.

By completing requests from Kapp’n, you’ll earn various rewards. Sunflower field has also been added as a campsite terrain to promote the event.

Microids announced today that a remaster of 3D platformer Asterix & Obelix XXL 2, based on the popular comics franchise, will be released on Nintendo Switch on November 29 this year. Also, a new game in the franchise, Asterix & Obelix XXL 3, will be released in late 2019.

There will also be two special editions: the limited edition includes the game and three figures of Asterix, Obelix and Dogmatix.

Update: The amiibo will also allow you to take photos atop the stage where Off the Hook perform, plus a new visual theme and sound effects to the Squid Beatz rhythm game (thanks KobobKC).

Original: The Pearl & Marina amiibo for Splatoon 2 were revealed a while ago and they’re finally being released next week, on July 13. We’ve known about their functionality for a while, such as the fact that they will unlock special gear for your character. However, we didn’t actually know what that gear will look like – until today. The official Splatoon Twitter gave us a look at the gear today, and it turns out that it’s inspired by Pearl & Marina’s outfits from the Octo Expansion.
