Brainium Games is bringing Aidan in Danger to Switch, the developer confirmed today. A release is scheduled for September 12, 2024.

Aidan in Danger is a retro-style platformer featuring Aidan, a young elf armed with a slingshot. As the guardian of the last dragon, you’ll go on “an epic journey filled with danger, bravery, and heroism with immersive gameplay”.

Time Flies is taking a little longer than previously planned, and is now being delayed to 2025.

That news was shared by Panic today. It’s been an extended wait given that the initial announcement took place in 2022 with the launch planned for the following year. Panic didn’t give fans any idea when exactly the game will be releasing in 2025, but as soon as we know, we’ll pass that information along.

Ahead of the upcoming launch, Devolver Digital has confirmed plans for a The Plucky Squire physical release on Switch. Pre-orders just opened a few minutes ago.

Along with a standard version, there are plans for a Deluxe Edition. The Deluxe Edition contains a softbound art book with over 100 pages, the official soundtrack of the game, and collector’s tuck-in box housing all the content.

Playism made a number of Switch announcements today, which includes a new version of No Case Should Remain Unsolved for the console. It’ll be available worldwide on September 19, 2024.

No Case Should Remain Unsolved is a detective game. Throughout the experience, players will uncover and piece together memory fragments to solve a long-forgotten case.

Today’s Indie World Showcase was similar in the west and Japan, but one game from the latter not in the former was Q2 Humanity. Despite that, the game is available worldwide on Switch now.

Q2 Humanity takes the simple physics-based puzzle game of the series to another level. Both local and online multiplayer are supported.

We’ve just heard from publisher Panic and Terrifying Jellyfish that they’re putting Nour: Play With Your Food on Switch in just a couple of days. The game will be out on August 29, 2024.

Nour: Play With Your Food is an experimental food game. It’s all about rediscovering the joy of playing with your food in a variety of surreal scenes.

Sprout Valley just released a new anniversary update for all Switch players.

Included in the update is that players can Nico’s appearance and use a new emoji. Also, starting September 8, you can play with new a pet and sprays with a lot of drawings.

During today’s Japanese Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase, Disney Music Parade Encore was announced for Switch. It’s due out on November 21, 2024 in Japan and Asia. The Asian version seemingly supports English.

Disney Music Parade previously released on mobile in 2021. The rhythm action game has scenes from Disney and Pixar films, and players use the touchscreen to tap and swipe in time with the music. Various songs such as “A Whole New World” And “Under the Sea” are included. Four players are supported locally.

Secret Mode is planning another Switch release, and today announced Loddlenaut for the console. It will be available on September 19, 2024.

Loddlenaut is an underwater adventure game. As an interstellar custodian, it’ll be your job to pick up trash, explore the vibrant waters, and take care of axolotl-like alien creatures.

Pizza Tower saw a shadowdrop on Switch today, but if you’re not interested in a digital copy, you’ll be happy to hear that a physical release is happening. Fangamer is in charge of production.

A standard version is planned, but also a collector’s edition. As of now though, Fangame is keeping quiet on the contents of the latter.
