Square Enix has released the final round of DLC for Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call in North America and Europe.

Players can purchase the following tracks:

Final Fantasy XI – “Melodies Errant” (battle music)
Final Fantasy XIII – “Nascent Requiem” (battle music)
Final Fantasy XI – “Iron Colossus” (battle music)
Final Fantasy VII Advent Children – “Battle in the Forgotten City” (battle music)
Final Fantasy III – “Saronia” (field music)
Final Fantasy IX – “Ipsen’s Castle” (field music)
Final Fantasy VII – “Rufus’s Welcoming Ceremony” (field music)
Final Fantasy VIII – “The Oath” (field music)
Final Fantasy XII – “Phon Coast” (field music)

Next week, Nintendo will release a pair of Mario Kart 8 DLC cards in Japan. Each will be available starting on October 31. The two versions will be priced at 1,200 yen – the same amount as the DLC bundle.

Nintendo has announced a new track for Mario Kart 8’s first DLC pack. Yoshi Circuit, which first appeared in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, will be included. You can get a look at the revamped track in the video below.

There’s more talk going around about Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS potentially supporting DLC.

Messages have apparently been found in the 3DS version that could be used to create data for downloadable content, for instance. Other recently-discovered code could allow for character and stage DLC to be loaded.

Rumor has it that the shop will be titled “Notifications Shop” – at least in Japanese.

Will any of this pan out? Will Smash Bros. actually get any DLC? Only time will tell…
