Azure Reflections

Publisher Unties and developer Souvenir Circ. have announced a new update for Azure Reflections, the side-scrolling bullet hell game. On September 20, players can experience an additional mode including two new bosses.

Boss Rush, the new mode, “pits the defenders of the mystical realm of Gensokyo against its most powerful threats in rapid succession to compete for the best time.” Players can take on all bosses from the campaign in addition to two new challenging fights against the main playable characters, Reimu and Marisa.

The Japanese eShop has updated with a listing for a new Switch game. Puzzle Quest: The Legend Returns will be available starting September 19, the store page reveals.

Puzzle Quest: The Legend Returns includes the original Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords, the expansion Revenge of the Plague Lord, and more. Additional information can be found below.

According to a listing on the Japanese eShop, The Sinking City will release for Switch on September 12. Pre-orders are live, and we presume that other regions will follow shortly.

Trials of Mana

Trials of Mana has just received a listing on the PlayStation UK store. With that, we may have the game’s release date and pre-order bonuses.

If the store page is accurate, Trials of Mana will be launching on April 24, 2020. It will include the Rabite Adornment DLC and avatar set as pre-order bonuses. The avatar set features Duran, Angela, Kevin, Charlotte, Hawkeye, and Riesz.

Following a leak not too long ago involving an Overwatch Switch case, the game itself has apparently now been confirmed.

Kotaku has a new report that mentions the case as well as a separate European retailer leak that lists an October 18 release. The site believes this should translate to a date around October 15 for North America. Additionally, Kotaku writes that it has “confirmed its veracity with two of our own sources.”
