Nintendo finally unveiled the long-rumored Switch Lite today. As we know, there will be quite a few differences compared to the original Switch model.
Nintendo has outlined the changes in a new chart. Aside from what’s been previously reported, highlights include the Switch light being lighter, having a smaller screen, and featuring a longer battery life.

Coming off of the news about the brand new Switch system – known as the Switch Lite – Nintendo has already unveiled a special edition. Players will be able to purchase the Switch Lite Zacian and Zamazenta Edition starting November 8. Pricing is set at $199.99.

Nintendo has announced the Switch Lite, a brand new model for Switch. The system launches on September 20 in three different colors.
The Switch Lite is all about handheld play, meaning it won’t connect to a TV. The Joy-Con are now attached to the device and can’t be removed, and now has a dedicated control pad. The motion camera and HD Rumble have also been removed.

Rating suggests SEGA is bringing a new Super Monkey Ball game to Switch

SEGA appears to be cooking up a new Super Monkey Ball game, and it seems to be bound for Switch. Tabegoro! Super Monkey Ball has been rated in Taiwan, and the classification includes Nintendo’s console as one of the supported platforms.

Fire Emblem Heroes – Tempest Trials+: Lessons Learned starts this week, new summoning event live

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have announced that Tempest Trials+: Lessons Learned begins on July 12 in Fire Emblem Heroes. The 5-star Special Hero Fiora: Defrosted Illian and three Sacred Seals (Attack/Res 1, Steady Stance 1, and Chill Spd 1) will be available.
Tying in with the upcoming Tempest Trials+ event, there’s a new summoning focus for bonus allies. Three Heroes from among the bonus allies are available as part of the 5-star event. In Tempest Trials+, bonus allies will receive increased states.
Arcade Archives Shusse Ozumo coming to Switch this week

Valfaris getting a physical release

Valfaris, a 2D action-platformer from the developer of Slain! Back From Hell will be receiving a physical release, according to retailer listings. Merge Games will be handling the title at retail.
Over in North America, GameFly lists the physical version. Amazon UK has a similar listing, and has even included the official boxart.
